1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Varoam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Service description

Varoam is a free multi-city travel planning tool. It lets you create, compare, save, and share itinerary scenarios. Results, prices, durations, entry requirements, and other travel information are indicative and must be checked with official sources or the relevant provider.

3. Account and storage

  • The planner can be used without an account, with data stored locally in your browser.
  • An account may be required to sync projects, access them across devices, or publish a trip.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to bypass safeguards, usage limits, or security mechanisms;
  • scrape, resell, or reproduce the service at scale without permission;
  • publish unlawful, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. User content and public trips

You retain ownership of the information and itineraries you create. When you make a trip public, you grant Varoam a non-exclusive permission to host, display, and share that content in order to provide community features. You can withdraw the publication through the service.

6. Artificial intelligence

Some suggestions may be generated by automated systems or artificial intelligence providers. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice and must always be verified before any booking or travel decision.

7. Affiliate links and third-party services

Varoam may provide links to third-party platforms for flights, accommodation, activities, insurance, or other travel services. We may earn a commission if you book through them, without an advertised extra cost to you. The booking and its fulfilment are governed by the third party’s terms; Varoam is neither the seller nor the organiser of those services.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Masciin IT is not liable for decisions made solely from an estimate, third-party errors, downtime, loss of locally stored data, or changes in prices, schedules, or regulations. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The update date appears at the top of this page. If a change is material, an appropriate notice will be displayed in the service.

10. Governing law and contact
